The American Dental Association (ADA to their friends) faced a challenge, one tricker than an impacted molar. They were peering into a serious demographic disconnect. Established dentists, who might be nearing retirement, tended to be older, white, male. Their newer members tended to be none of the three. They came to us to figure out how to bring them together. This case study tells the story of how we created ADA Practice Transitions™ (ADAPT), a matchmaking platform that connects and provides continuity between our two divergent groups of dentists.
