What You’ll Do

  • At EPAM, Envisioning refers to the conceptualization of an ideal future experience, with details to be figured out later. The purpose of envisioning is to communicate the essence of a vision or idea so that we can share and get feedback on it before we decide to build it. We use envisioned ideas to get relevant feedback from users and clients – before we create something real that might not work. Envisioning can take many forms: illustrations, videos, early paper prototypes, and physical totems, to name a few. For this position we are specifically looking for Envisioners with digital (IU/UX) experience
  • Envisioners can often be found playing the role of storyteller, contextualizing and grounding the seeds of ideas in what really matters, the lives of people. What matters is your ability to emotionally communicate the strategic intent of an idea to the right audience
  • As an EPAM Envisioner, you’ll work as part of a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary team. Your role will be that of storyteller, contextualizing and grounding the seeds of ideas in what really matters, the lives of people. You’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the industry’s top talent and collaborate with them on client-facing projects for some of the biggest brands, organizations, and institutions in the world


  • A degree in: Design, Film, Art, Communications Design or other creative field
  • Experience with basic IU/UX design, including wireframing
  • Excellent presentation, communication, writing and organization skills
  • Experience working in group settings, balancing taking direction with working independently
  • Exposure to consumer/user research and analysis, ideation, brainstorming techniques, sketching, prototyping, and concept visualization
  • Ability to work quickly and visualize ideas at varying levels of fidelity
  • Skill in concisely ideas that are in-progress
  • Amazing creative problem-solving skills
  • An open, inspired, curious and design-savvy mind

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
