What You’ll Do

  • Let users lead the way. Our users inform where we are going. Our teams focus on listening to users, and letting their needs guide us to the best solutions. It’s important for us to know we are solving for real people and not just the loudest voice in the room
  • Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, digital, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions considering the entire product lifecycle and customer journey
  • Be proactively autonomous. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you proactively take responsibility for every, last detail, every step of the way
  • Solve complex, large scale problems, all while being comfortable with ambiguity
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes

What You Have

  • You are an incredible designer with stellar design chops. You understand what it takes to create meaningful, consumer-oriented experiences. And you keep your thoughts and designs current with knowledge of competitive sets and trends
  • You have a design mentality focused on people, even with serious design chops. You are always looking to hone your design instinct through user feedback, hands-on user research, and by prototyping options
  • You get antsy if you’re not sketching
  • You’re a strong communicator. You have the skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. You proactively seek mentorship from others to deliver thoughtful work, and make strategy and designs come to life
  • You have an online portfolio, or PDF that you can share with us
