What You’ll Do

  • Work on programs focused on understanding user/consumer needs and translating these into compelling design solutions
  • Work as part of a team through the entire duration of projects (consumer research and strategy through execution)
  • Bring brand experiences to life across a wide variety of touch points (physical and digital)
  • Craft design systems, touchpoints and guidelines
  • Understand technical constraints and opportunities
  • Collaborate with experts in different domains such as strategists, engineers, video artists, architects, human factor experts and brand strategists
  • Be part of an energetic and hardworking team of multi-disciplinary designers
  • Be constantly learning and challenged as a designer


  • 2-5 years’ experience working with and designing brands, preferably as part of an agency or consultancy
  • Exceptional visual design skills (layout, color, typography)
  • Excellent presentation, communication, writing and organization skills
  • Experience working in group settings, balancing taking direction with working independently
  • Exposure to consumer/user research and analysis, ideation, brainstorming techniques, sketching, prototyping, and concept validation
  • Ability to work quickly and visualize ideas at varying levels of fidelity
  • Video, photography, digital prototyping, and environmental design are a plus
  • Expertise in Adobe’s design applications and experience with Sketch and/or Figma
  • Comfortable working directly with and presenting to clients
  • Ability to demonstrate and show a strong design process as part of your portfolio
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Communications Design, or related field
  • Strong portfolio of design work that clearly shows your design process (original challenge, learning, insights, design options, final solution)
