Memorial Sloan Kettering treats many young adults and kids with cancer. The famed care center knew well that: (a) cancer can be an isolating disease; and (b) youthful patients benefit from connecting with peers about their experiences. MSK then called on long-time partner EPAM to create an app to help these patients digitally engage with, and help heal, each other. The result? A useful, friendly app that has built a supportive patient community, answers questions, and provides accurate and useful information.
