World Design Organization's 30th General Assembly
There is an increasing appreciation for the design process—its focus on the end users and the environment in which they live—as a critical tool for resolving some of life’s biggest challenges. Many designers today are embracing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a framework to guide their work.
At our 30th General Assembly in Torino, Italy, you will learn more about how we aim to promote design-led innovation that will contribute to the achievement of the SDGs by 2030. We invite you to attend and share with us the ways in which you are already using design-led innovation to:
- Promote responsible consumption and production,
- Make your cities more inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable,
- Build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization, and
- Foster innovation that ensures health and well-being.
