Service Design Global Conference: Service Design at Scale
This year the Service Design Network is hosting the 10th Service Design Global Conference in Madrid.
Attendees from all over the world coming together to learn, share and network with business partners, designers and academics. The vivid exchange of experiences, ideas and different perspectives with the open-minded and creative service design community is the highlight of the service design year.

Lee Moreau is a Principal at Continuum, a global design and innovation consultancy. An architect and strategist, Lee combines a unique capacity for complex-systems thinking with a deeply empathic perspective, which he uses to critically engage and re-imagine the contemporary world.
Through research, analysis, and imagination, Lee helps Continuum’s clients understand their entanglement within their own complex set of cultural, material, and economic circumstances. Lee has led service design projects for a diverse group of clients that blur the boundaries between content and experience.
- Heather FigalloSenior Director of Innovation and Labs
Heather currently serves as the Senior Director of Innovation and Labs at Southwest Airlines. She is responsible for leading the discipline of innovation as well as the newly formed labs group, which develops prototypes and other stimulus for Customer and Employee feedback.
Heather joined Southwest Airlines in August of 2014 as Product and Innovation lead in the Commercial Team. During her tenure at Southwest, Heather launched the Customer Experience Team within Marketing and was the Business lead on the Customer Experience side of the CX/Ops strategy development. In October of 2016 she moved to Corporate Strategy & Innovation to launch the Innovation Center and Lab.
