Front End of Innovation
As airline passengers, we love to get to our destination…but we hate the experience of getting there. Not only is the airline industry highly regulated, but the environment is one of extremely high pressure. Continuum partnered with Southwest Airlines – the most flown and most profitable airline in the United States – to redesign this experience, from ideation all the way through to a full-scale prototype in Dallas Love Field.
Continuum leveraged Southwest’s innovative spirit to make new changes to the airport experience. From user-friendly flight boards to updated gate signage, to refreshed network displays and a new mobile app, learn how Continuum iteratively prototyped through every stage of work to advance concepts and get real ideas out into the world.
